Logistic Manager 后勤经理

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Develop and implement logistic department strategy and annual goal
    发展执行后勤部门策略和每年的目标
  • Develop policies, methods and practices for better logistic management
    发展更好的后勤管理政策,方法和惯例
  • Use SAP to support production plan and customer requirements
    使用SPA支持生产计划,满足客户需要
  • Place orders according to production plan
    根据生产计划制定顺序
  • Be in charge of production scheduling and control
    负责生产调度和控制
  • Prepare and provide logistic related information/report for top management review
    准备提供后勤相关资料/报告给高层管理
  • Look after the whole transfer of good from supplier to company warehouse including import and export
    关心从供应商到公司仓库整个物流过程,包括进货和出货
  • Supervise warehouse activities, monitor and control inventory to minimize the costs
    监督仓库,监控和支配财产清册,减少支出
  • Manage and distribute material from warehouse and production line
    管理分配仓库和生产线物资
  • Manage and coach logistic team member
    管理培训后勤人员
  • Other duties assigned by GM
    通过GM指派其他关税

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/college diploma in logistics or related area
    本科学历/大专后勤或相关文凭
  • Minimum 5 years logistic experience
    至少5年后勤经验
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills
    卓越的英语说写能力
  • A broad knowledge of logistic analysis techniques
    广泛的后勤分析技巧知识
  • Good leader and team player
